COVID-19 Updates:
We are transitioning back into meeting with clients face-to-face. We have put into place new safety procedures to protect both clients and staff. We are still offering telecommunication services if that is preferred. Please contact your Youth Attention Center case worker to discuss scheduling phone, FaceTime or Skype meetings if you are an open client. If you are interested in services, please contact us for more information about services.
Please let us know if you are need of food or basic needs (i.e hygiene products).
Youth Attention Center Staff will be screening everyone prior to contact with our staff. The following questions will be asked: -Have you recently developed any of the following symptoms: fever > 100.4 F; cough; shortness of breath -Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days? -In the last 14 days have you been in close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who probably has COVID-19?
Below is the agencies COVID-19 Preparedness Response Plan that outlines how we will continue to operate following safety guidelines provided by the CDC and OSHA.
Youth Attention Center is looking for suitable host homes to help homeless youth through the Transitional Living Program. The host homes provide support to youth aged 17 and older* who are unaccompanied, which implies that they are not living with a parent or guardian. One of the most important goals of the Transitional Living Program is to provide safe, stable, and supportive homes for homeless youth.
