As fundamental to our core values, we believe that we have a responsibility to our clients, our staff and to the communities we serve to foster and practice characteristics of diversity, equity and inclusion. We respect all persons, regardless of race, gender, gender identity/sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, religion, and will continue to serve and support inclusively, without regard to any such differences.
Youth Attention Center is committed to meeting the needs of all eligible at risk youth seeking help for issues pertaining to homelessness. We continue efforts to ensure that our work is respectful of all persons, to provide the best of outcomes for those we serve.
In governance and in practice, we support and nourish a workplace that is inclusive and treats all individuals fairly and equitably. It is our commitment that all voices are heard, and that our staff feel respected and valued by our organization. We believe that a diverse workplace drives broader understanding, greater creativity and innovation, and higher quality decision making.
